Airbnb and Newgard Announce 'Niido' Partnership

Airbnb has announced a partnership with Newgard Development Group, which will be branded as "Niido." CNET's Dara Kerr reports on the venture, through which Newgard will allow tenants in its 324-unit building in Kissimmee, Fla., to list their apartments with Airbnb for up to 180 days a year.
